Recent Exhibition

Jimmy Li has been a creative force in high international fashion for many decades.
Working successfully with fashion design and the creation of dynamic fabrics for the top Italian design houses. Also involved in the production of Fashion parades over the years.
During this time, he has been painting contemporary works on a regular basis.
His style has an original exuberance and energy in its expression.
In 1997, Jimmy was a special visitor at Fundació Joan Miró in Barcelona, falling in love with Miró’s style.
Next in 1999, the Louve Museum in Paris is where he discovered Picasso and Monet.
These are the inspirations that charged Jimmy’s art soul.
In 2010, back from a recent trip to Alice Springs, Jimmy was in Brighton, Melbourne painting his first picture of First Nations people fishing in the Todd River.
While in Florence, Italy in 2018, Jimmy visited Gallerie dell’Accademia to nurture his interest in the Renaissance.
Jimmy has exhibited in a number of mixed exhibitions on the Gold Coast and represented by Woolloongabba Art Gallery.
